Last month rent due at time of booking. First month’s rent and damage deposit due before move in. Monthly on the 1st of the month. Damage deposit will be refunded within two days of departure.
June, July and August
(Minimum stay is 5 nights)

Key Pick Up before 7 PM local time – 35 euros
Deposit of 300 euros due at time of booking, balance before check in.
